Yuri van Geest is a futurist and holist. He is co-author of the bestselling business book “Exponential Organizations”. He wrote this master piece together with Salim Ismail, Peter Diamandis and Michael Malone. More than 300.000 in 20 different languages were sold. Yuri van Geest is the initiator of Singularity University Benelux, the first and most successful spinout in the world. At the moment he is working on his new book that will focus on the future of technologies, organizations and leadership.

What COMES after AN exponential WORLD?
I have been involved with exponential technologies (since 2008) and exponential organizations (since 2012). While bringing a lot of value there are considerable ethical and societal issues. Exponential leadership will not solve and might even amplify these issues. My unique and visionary speech is about what comes after an exponential world. It is about holism, inclusiveness and conscious technologies, organizations and most importantly conscious leadership. Above all, it is about what this all means for us human beings across the world and how we can benefit from the coming systemic transformation and paradigm shift in our daily practices. All of the above it is a result of the personal journey of the speaker.
