About Herman Van Rompuy
Herman Van Rompuy is the first President of Europe. He is now the President of the European Policy Centre [EPC], the independent think tank at the cutting edge of European Union affairs. Further he is professor at the University of Louvain, the College of Europe in Brussels and Sciences Po in Paris. At the time of his first election Herman Van Rompuy was Prime Minister of Belgium.
