At age 26 I sailed around the world with only a few weeks of sailing experience. We visited the most remote ocean related projects of NGO's like the WWF, Sea Shepherd and the Red Cross. These travels literally opened my eyes to the challenge our oceans face nowadays, and meant the start tof my career as professional filmmaker. Pursuing what is right and makes you happy isn't always easy, but if you get off your ass and do the work, anything is possible.
